Nakashima NP-1 Wedges The NP-1 line of Wedges are true billet forged from Nakashima’s high-grade proprietary carbon steel. By double forging the heads, the grain becomes very smooth and uniformed. The feel and sound is unlike any other forged iron in golf. The NP-1 are targeted toward the more accomplished golfers looking for sound, feel and workability. The NP-1 has a true “tour grind” shape sole design. The leading and trailing edge are rounded to prevent the sole from digging in the turf. NP-1 irons feature minimal progressive offset. Giving accomplished golfers the ability to shape their shots with maximum ease. The grooves are CNC milled to retain their sharpness and depth for a longer period of time, providing greater accuracy and higher quality than stamped grooves.
